[ubuntu-us-mi] Release Party at Penguicon (Friday, Apr 28 at 7pm)

Hey all,

Just a quick reminder that we'll be having our 17.04 release party at
Penguicon (https://2017.penguicon.org).

The release party starts at 7pm and runs through until around 8:45pm.

We'll meet in the Westin Bar area. We'll have stickers and lanyards
courtesy of Canonical. (Thanks, Canonical!)
